Eternal life by biblical definition describes more than a duration, though it includes that. Eternal life goes beyond duration to dimension, more that a quantity it describes a quality of life. God gave His Son so He can enter the limitedness of humanity. Mankind needs a gift, a gift from heaven to gain the dimension and durability of life. Redemption is at the heart of Christmas; it’s the reason Jesus came!
